The parking is a bit of a gamble to find a space close to your unit other than your assigned spot. The only issue has been maintenance guys being slow to show up for non-emergent issues but issues do get handled well once they do show. Overall, the pest control is good, the repairs are done well once they get here and the staff is very nice. Haven't had a single issue or fuss with any staff or other residents. Pretty lucky location and a good pick for the money for sure.

I think this should be enforced, and tenants should have access to towing or building management during after hours or on weekends. There are times when trash is on the grounds, people dump bags of trash by the dumpsters instead of placing in the dumpster. The fitness room equipment could use an upgrade. I also had two bikes stolen, with one time, the cable I have my bikes locked was cut. Aside of that, it is a quiet and safe place.

submitted by Kerryanne W. - |Recommended: YesUniversity Village Review — I rarely am able to find a parking spot since my roommate and I were only given 1 marked spot. If neither of us are home, our spot often gets taken which defeats the point of having our own spot. People are always out in the parking lot having conversations and I hear everything from my bedroom, which makes it hard to relax and work from home. The landscaping is very nice, my only complaint is that the breezeways are not really maintained and there is often litter from other tenants or debris from trees and bushes, and dead bugs. The construction quality is okay but I feel that the apartment layout is small for the price and appliances are dated. The maintenance staff is amazing and is always so quick to fix any issue. They are very friendly and attentive and I really appreciate them. Property staff is very helpful. Overall the community is nice, lively, and welcoming. I wish I didn't hear people outside so frequently and that so many bugs lizards didn't get in my apartment all the time. It would be nice if people didn't park in marked spots constantly. A recommendation I have is to post UV updates as messages on the website. Like when the fitness center will be closed, etc. Overall, I like living here but I think there is room for improvement.

submitted by Fnu B. - |Recommended: YesAll Good except parking slots — It's a very very cool place to live. Everything looks good in perspective of service, maintenance..etc. I would really recommend to have reserved parking lots some how relevant to that building may be adjacent or opposite side but not some where near to to other building.
